Megan is both a Speech Language Pathologist (RSLP) and Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA). Megan provides treatment for young children and supervises Speech Language Assistants (SLA) to provide similar services. Megan believes that children learn best when the treatment methods are tailored to their individual needs and involve a cooperative multi-disciplinary team. Megan started working in this field in 2003. Her work experience includes, working at a non-profit Child Development Center for several years, assessing and treating young children with multiple delays before specializing in autism and moving into the private sector. In 2014, Megan became a Clinical Instructor with UBC Speech Sciences Department. Megan’s passion lies in working with children and training other professionals.
