Bio
Pamela is a certified member of the British Columbia Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists as well as with Speech-Language and Audiology Canada. She is also a registered member of the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia. Pamela's areas of expertise include working with preschool and school-aged children with speech and language delays and disorders. She enjoys working with children with autism and children with other developmental delays and disabilities. She is particularly interested in using visuals to support language development. Pamela provides therapy in the areas of receptive and expressive language, social use of language, visual language strategies, executive functions, speech sounds and narratives. She brings a creative, humorous and enthusiastic energy to her sessions, which helps children feel confident and safe while communicating.
