Shari has been working as a speech-language pathologist since 1994. She specializes in the communication difficulties of adults and children who have neurological damage, developmental delays/disorders, psychiatric conditions, or autism. She also has extensive experience working in the areas of foreign accent reduction, swallowing disorders, and cognitive-language impairments. Shari has been recognized as an expert in acquired communication and swallowing disorders. She enjoys doing medical-legal evaluations, and will frequently travel within British Columbia and Alberta. Shari is a Clinical Educator and Instructor at the University of British Columbia. She is also on the Registry of Autism Service Providers, with designations as a speech-language pathologist and behaviour consultant. Our therapists will travel all across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, or there is an option for some clinic-based sessions in Richmond.
