Who We Are:

Reach Child and Youth Development Society is a non-profit organization that has been providing programs and services to children and their families since 1959. We proudly serve the communities of Delta, Surrey, and Langley B.C. and offer a variety of programs and services designed to meet the needs of children to ensure their optimal development. Our Early Intervention (EI) Therapies Program provides services to children, in Delta, from birth until they enter kindergarten. We have a dedicated team of Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physiotherapists (PTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), and therapy assistants.

We work closely with Reach Infant Development Program and Supported Child Development Program, ensuring a collaborative and holistic approach to supporting children and families. About the Role:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist in our Early Intervention program, you will:

  • Assess and support children with speech, language, and communication challenges.
  • Provide direct therapy, parent coaching, and consultative services.
  • Develop individualized goals and strategies for children and families.
  • Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
  • Supervise and support therapy assistants.

What you will need:

✔ Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

✔ Registration with CSHBC (or eligibility to register).

✔ New grads are welcome.

✔ Valid BC driver’s license and access to a vehicle for home visits and community-based services.

✔ A car, a cell phone and a clear criminal record check.

✔ Enthusiasm

Compensation

Range (to): $45.52 - $52.68 per hour.
