Bio
Jenny Sojat MA, R-SLP, completed her undergraduate degree at the University of British Columbia, and Master's Degree at the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Upon completion, Jenny went to San Francisco, California, to work with Michelle Garcia-Winner at the Centre for Social Thinking. On returning to Canada, Jenny began her private practice and developed Summer Social, a therapeutic summer camp for children and adolescents. She believes that children learn best when they are having fun. Jenny works primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults to foster social success at home, school, and in every-day social situations. Jenny and her husband live in North Vancouver, and she has offices in Surrey and West Vancouver. Jenny has recently been chosen to present for one hour at the 2014 Social Thinking Provider's Conference in San Jose on a concept she has developed, 'Thinking in Levels'.

Summer programs can be found at summersocial.ca. Weekly social groups are in West Vancouver and Surrey at the ABLE Developmental Clinics. Jenny is always accepting new clients into her groups. Groups are formed with peers matched by ability, perspective taking level, and behavioural limitations.
