Shira has been a speech-language pathologist since 2000. She has worked with children of varying ages in preschool clinics, schools, and private practice settings. Shira speaks English as well as some Spanish. Her specialties include speech sound therapy, tongue/lip/jaw strengthening, and language therapy for preschool and school-aged children who have autism or other challenges.
