I have been practicing speech-language pathology for over 30 years, working mainly with children, in northern B.C. and Vancouver as well as in Ontario. Over the years, I have gained experience in the areas of articulation, delayed/disordered language, early language development, augmentative & alternative communication, social language/pragmatics, and social thinking. It has been my privilege to support children on their journey to becoming more efficient and functional communicators, and to work closely with their families to achieve ongoing success.

Other Professional Practice / Service Information
My practice is community-based - I travel to your home. I work mainly in North Vancouver and West Vancouver, and to a limited extent in parts of East Vancouver/Burnaby. A travel fee is charged at approximately half the hourly rate. Acceptance onto the caseload depends on a combination of available spots and location; generally, clients in nearby locations are grouped together to reduce travel times as much as possible. PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO AN ALLERGY TO CATS, I AM UNABLE TO WORK IN A HOME WITH CATS (this may apply to other pets too so please inform me of pets when you contact me; dogs are fine). Thank you.
