Susan was born in Taiwan and raised in Burnaby, Canada. She received her Masters of Science Degree in Speech and Language Pathology from UBC and conducted research on the storytelling abilities of bilingual children with autism. She is trained in Lidcombe, Social Thinking, More Than Words, and Selective Mutism group therapy. She has experience in early childhood mental health and is also on the RASP list. Susan has worked with children, teenagers, and adults with diverse needs and backgrounds. Susan is currently working in public health and doing limited private practice. She is able to provide services in both English and Mandarin. On her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors with her husband and two girls.
