Nicola has been working in the field of Speech and Language Pathology since 1990.She has been employed in various settings: Health Unit, School District and programs for families with deaf and heard of hearing children under the age of 5 years. Nicola is registered with both the BC and Canadian Associations of Speech-Language Pathologists as well as with the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC. She uses a family centered approach educating the parents of younger children about strategies to use to facilitate speech, language and communication. She has lead and developed many parent programs and is Hanen certified. She is on the Registry of Autism Service Providers.
